We took a fishing trip out to the jetties, and then traveled to the 9 mile federal water line in the gulf of america. Arriving at a platform/rig we ended up fishing to catch keeper red snapper! We went east of Galveston to fish the Sabine Pass Jetties! The weather for fishing has been terrible the last week, we took the first opportunity to go fishing as soon as it arrived. We only stayed for about an hour and fifteen minutes, but that's all the fishing we needed, and ended up coming home to an amazingly successful day! The redfish were out there! We went east of Galveston to fish the Sabine Pass Jetties! The weather for fishing was exceptional, and the fishing was even better! We caught many species (everything you want to catch) like trout, redfish, sheepshead, and black drum. We only stayed for about 3 hours, but that's all the fishing we needed, and ended up coming home to an amazingly successful day! We took our catch back home and cooked an amazingly delicious meal. After finally getting our boat back, we took it out to go fishing at the jetties! While fishing, the conditions were a little more rough that we expected on the water in our boat, but we still caught some good fish out there!
