Shipping Policy

All 1836 Fishing & Outdoors products are made to order and shipped directly through our trusted print partners, Printify and Printful.

 

🚚 Processing Time

Each item is custom-printed when you order it.

  • Production time: Usually 2–7 business days

  • You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

  • Orders with multiple items may ship separately depending on the print provider.

 

📦 Shipping Times

  • U.S. Orders: Typically arrive within 3–8 business days after fulfillment

Please note that delivery times may vary due to weather, postal delays, or carrier issues, especially during peak seasons.

 

🗺️ Shipping Regions

We only currently ship across the United States locations supported by Printify and Printful.
If you can’t check out due to your location, contact us and we’ll see what we can do.

🔁 Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after shipment.

❗ Incorrect Addresses or Missed Deliveries

Please double-check your shipping details before completing checkout.
If an address is entered incorrectly and the order is returned to the facility, you may be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend it.

 

🧾 Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated time, please contact us at contact@1836outdoors.com with your order number.
We’ll help track it down or work with our print partners to make it right.

Return & Exchange Policy

At 1836 Fishing & Outdoors, each product is made to order through our print partners Printify and Printful. Because our items are custom printed and fulfilled, we don’t keep stock on hand — which means returns and exchanges work a little differently than traditional retail.

 

🧢 Order Issues & Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we’ve got your back.
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at
contact@1836outdoors.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A photo of the issue

  • A short description of the problem

Once verified, we’ll issue a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

 

🎣 Wrong Size or Change of Mind

Since all items are made to order, we can’t offer returns or exchanges for wrong size, color, or change of mind. To help prevent sizing issues, please refer to the size charts listed on each product page before placing your order.

 

📦 Lost Packages

If your order hasn’t arrived after the estimated delivery time:

  • Double-check your shipping address and tracking link.

  • If it’s still missing after 10 business days, contact us and we’ll help track it down or file a claim with our print partner.

Please note: 1836 Fishing & Outdoors is not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

 

🧾 Cancellations & Edits

Orders go into production shortly after they’re placed.
If you need to cancel or change your order, contact us within 2 hours of purchase.
After that, we can’t guarantee changes since fulfillment may have already started.

 

🤝 Returns to Sender

If a package is returned to the print facility due to an incorrect address or delivery issue, we can reship it once we receive the correct address.
Additional shipping costs may apply.
